Job description

Immediate Opening: Print Center Operator / Warehouse Specialist

Location: Springfield, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Paladin Managed Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Print Center Operator / Warehouse Specialist. This position combines high-volume production printing with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and local delivery responsibilities. It also offers opportunities for advancement within our growing company.

Print Center Operator Responsibilities

As our Print Center Operator, you will:

  • Operate two high-volume production printers used exclusively for printing clients' daily and monthly statements.
  • Process print jobs through a data management server and print management software.
  • Meet strict daily production deadlines with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assemble, package, and label printed materials according to customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of paper, forms, and printing supplies.
  • Maintain equipment work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Separate recyclable materials and dispose of waste appropriately.

Warehouse Specialist Responsibilities

As part of the warehouse team, you will:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory and organization.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Deliver supplies to customers throughout the Springfield area using a company vehicle.

Employment Requirements

Because of the nature of the clients we serve, applicants must:

  • Have a clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions
  • Have no felony convictions
  • Successfully pass an extensive background investigation
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
