What will your typical day look like?

•    Configure CleverAnt solutions using complex formulas and concepts that are unique to CleverAnt, the foundation of which is Microsoft Excel;
•    Develop both functional solutions for users (e.g., workhour editor) and technical solutions (e.g., data conversion and interfaces between business systems);
•    Analyze client issues to identify the source of problems and prepare, document, and apply concrete solutions to resolve them;
•    Communicate with clients operating in a variety of industries to guide them in their use of CleverAnt solutions;
•     Help develop quality assurance processes, write and execute test scenarios.

About the team

Our clients sometimes have unique operating needs that provide them with a competitive edge in the marketplace. When business solution configurations fail to meet their specific needs, we work with them to define and configure CleverAnt solutions that perfectly complement existing applications.
CleverAnt therefore eliminates configuration discrepancies and lets clients retain what makes them unique! Our customized solutions are available in Excel files or web pages.

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration with a specialization in IT, or equivalent;
•    Good interpersonal skills with clients;
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset;
•    Thoroughness, integrity, and efficiency;
•    Team spirit and ability to be autonomous;
•    Excellent problem-solving skills;
•    Passion for learning and using technical skills;
•    Knowledge of XML and JSON is an asset;
•    Ability to methodically identify a complete list of test cases and to meticulously execute test scenarios.
•    Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
