The Opportunity
As a Marketing Channel Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will craft customer-centric copy across digital channels, support priority campaign planning and execution, and build relationships with marketing channel owners using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing channel partner management and optimization including crafting copy for diverse marketing channels and audiences

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
