The Assistance and Claims Vice Presidency is recognized for the priority it places on customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of its processes. On the front lines, you will contribute directly to delivering a claims experience that is human, thorough, and positive. The Assistance and Claims team, bringing together Prysm and iAAH, is currently looking for candidates to join its team of automobile claims experts.

What you'll accomplish with us

As an Automobile Claims Adjuster, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls related to new claims and follow-ups on existing files, representing approximately 50% of daily work time in a call center environment.
  • Analyze, process, and follow up on automobile claims files, including managing received documents, evaluating information, and taking required actions.
  • Make outbound calls to policyholders and involved parties to obtain, validate, or clarify the information required to process claims.
  • Collaborate closely within a processing team of approximately 15 experts responsible for a shared pool of files, contributing to task completion during dedicated periods.
  • Actively participate in handling calls for all teams during scheduled periods to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery to all clients.

Work Schedule and Employment Conditions

  • 7-hour workday.
  • Day shift: start times vary between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Evening shift: one evening per week.
  • Weekend schedule: one Saturday out of four.
  • Overtime opportunities are regularly offered to cover certain evenings, Saturdays, or during peak periods. Overtime is paid at time and a half starting from the 35th hour worked.
  • The entry-level salary for a claims adjuster is conditional upon obtaining the AMF claims adjuster license within 12 months of hiring.
