Student Worker or Graduate Assistant (Admin Support-Honors College)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Dean and staff with the operations of the Honors College
  • Assist with Honors College events
  • Assist with the scheduling and maintenance of all Honors College spaces
  • Serve as primary ambassadors for the Honors College by hosting visitors and prospective students
  • Manage front desk reception and communications such as phones, emails, newsletters, and social media
  • Occasional physical labor moving boxes and equipment up to 35 lbs

Requirements:
  • Must be an active Christian and an exemplary student with a deep understanding of the purpose and mission of the Honors College
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and digital productivity tools
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-learner
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new and changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be team-orientated with exemplary communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
