CalNonprofits Insurance Services is a growing organization seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals interested in launching a long-term career in Employee Benefits insurance sales and consulting. This is a mentorship and training-focused opportunity designed for individuals with strong communication skills, curiosity, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial mindset - no prior insurance experience required. We are looking for individuals who are excited to learn, committed to professional growth, and passionate about helping nonprofit organizations thrive. What You’ll Learn & Support:

• Learn the fundamentals of employee benefits, insurance consulting, and nonprofit client service.
• Participate in business development activities and networking opportunities.
• Build knowledge of insurance carriers, products, underwriting, and market trends.
• Support client meetings, renewal preparation, and ongoing client engagement.
• Develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Work toward building and managing your own future book of business.

No insurance experience is required; however, candidates must:

• Be able to pass background requirements necessary for insurance licensing.
• Obtain a California Life, Accident & Health License within the first 90 days of employment (study support and guidance provided).
• Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required. Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
