Confidential Secretary
Under the direction of the Superintendent, serves as a confidential secretary for the Superintendent, Board of Trustees, and other District administrators; relieves Superintendent of administrative detail; plans, organizes, and coordinates clerical and secretarial activities involving communication with all District departments and schools; greets and provides direction to members of the public when they are visiting or contacting the District by telephone; assists Superintendent with school wide curricular programs; state and federal categorical programs and other duties as assigned.
