DME Sales Coordinator I

Pay: $21.00โ€“$25.00/hour Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) 30-minute unpaid lunch

Location: Gates Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Position

Westside Medical Supply is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our growing team as a DME Sales Coordinator I. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

In this role, you will help support the coordination and processing of durable medical equipment orders while working closely with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure timely service and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions regarding orders and equipment
  • Process new sales orders and maintain accurate account information
  • Collect and verify customer demographics and insurance information
  • Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorization follow-up
  • Enter and manage orders in Brightree/Nymbl systems
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates and next steps
  • Coordinate with Billing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service departments
  • Assist with front desk and administrative support as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation throughout the sales process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
