Job Title: Junior Account Manager – AV Solutions (Entry-Level Sales)

Location: East Hartford, CT (Local travel required)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

No Drug Test

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who wants to get into sales and build a long-term career. This is an entry-level Account Manager role within the Audio Visual (AV) space — no prior AV experience required.

This role is built for someone who is driven, competitive, and eager to learn. You’ll be trained on the technical side of AV, but what really matters is your ability to communicate, build relationships, and close business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through closing

• Learn and sell AV solutions including hardware, software, and services

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations

• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Maintain strong follow-up and consistent pipeline activity

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events

Pay and Benefits
