- Experience: 0-3 years in BIM modeling or related field (Revit experience preferred).
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools (training provided for entry-level candidates).
- Basic understanding of construction documents and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
