The Training & Development Analyst I will assist in the design, development, and delivery of organizational training solutions, to ensure successful user adoption of systems and applications. This entry-level role collaborates with customers and senior training staff to produce high quality multimedia training materials and deliver effective training experience.


Responsibilities
  • Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
  • Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
  • Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
  • Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids.
  • Make recommendations to enhance training materials and delivery methods to ensure maximum user adoption.
  • Design and produce training materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia.
  • Co- facilitate and or deliver training sessions and workshops as required.
  • Perform quality reviews of training deliverables and on tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Track and communicate training content progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to support on time delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials.
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating or task leading content development efforts, including planning, scheduling, status reporting, and risk or issue tracking.
    • Ability to demonstrate a growing technical expertise in all aspects of training and analysis, to include the planning, support, design, development, and integration.
  • Background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting training efforts for software development or IT programs.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
  • Experience developing training for enterprise applications.

  • Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
