Job Title: Business Analyst - Developer Portal

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Developer Portal with 6-10 years of relevant experience, including strong expertise in Developer Portals and API documentation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our developer ecosystem by driving requirements for secure portals, API publishing workflows, sandbox environments, ERP plugin integrations, and file transmission capabilities.
Experience with Drupal or comparable CMS platforms, Agile methodologies, and exposure to AI-driven integrations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business and technical requirements for developer portal enhancements, API publishing processes, and sandbox workflows.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the developer portal structure, ensuring seamless onboarding and intuitive navigation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation including usage guides, authentication flows, integration best practices, and error handling documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure sandbox environments meet partner and internal testing requirements.
  • Gather and translate requirements for secure file transmission and ERP plugin integrations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather feedback and drive iterative improvements to the developer experience.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to enhance usability and clarity of developer tools and interfaces.
  • Monitor and report on key developer experience metrics such as Time-to-First Call (TTFC), integration success rates, and developer satisfaction.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Explore AI integration opportunities to improve automation, documentation intelligence, and portal personalization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Developer Portals and API documentation (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and sandbox environments.
  • Experience with Drupal CMS or similar content management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
