We’re searching for a full-time Digital Support Technician 1 to join our team. As a Digital Support Technician, you will play a crucial role many areas of the development department. Whether it’s maintaining our IT infrastructure or working closely with the Digital Support team to complete client-facing support tickets you’ll always be learning new things in fun and fast-paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the agency's digital assets and client data.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with the Development and Client Services teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and address their IT-related queries.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work in conjunction with various departments for the support and maintenance of client websites
  • Develop new features for existing applications and dynamic websites
  • Analyze and troubleshoot active websites and applications across a wide array of programming languages
  • Provide updates on the status of requests for both clients and management
  • Stay up to date on current technological developments for potential use in the workplace
  • Conduct Quality Assurance tests and create reports

Primary Qualifications:

  • Self-sufficient learning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to use the following: .NET 4.0+ framework and webforms architecture, C#, data structures, object-oriented programming, PHP, object-oriented programming, GIT source control, Microsoft Visual Studio, MS SQL Server Studio, NetBeans or comparable PHP IDE
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to use the following: Popular web content management systems (such as Kentico, Sitecore, WordPress, Umbraco, Drupal), HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Browser side languages)

Expected Experience:

  • 2-3 years of technical support desk experience helping individuals with technical issues.
  • 2-3 years of professional web development using qualifications listed above.
