Sales Performance Analyst - AECO Sales

Are you a strategic problem-solver ready to help drive the revenue engine of a global technology leader? As a Sales Performance Analyst at Trimble, you will blend financial acumen with technical expertise to optimize sales incentive compensation strategies, ensuring our teams are empowered to build and move the things the world needs to grow! Join our high-impact AECO team and directly influence the success of our global sales force.

What Makes This Role Great: You will not just track numbers; you will be part of the architecture of the sales ecosystem for our Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) segment. This role offers the unique opportunity to assist with global commission structures providing you with high-visibility impact and the ability to directly influence the motivation and strategic direction of our revenue-generating teams.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Compensation Plan documents, policies, and internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

  • Work on the monthly commission review and sign-off for critical business units, ensuring robust controls are tested and maintained within the sales compensation software.

  • Champion sales tool automation to improve efficiency for operations and sales teams, shifting the focus from manual tasks to driving high-value revenue.

  • Support additional commission related projects such as incentive programs, etc.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Performance, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation or Sales Commissions

  • Financial analysis experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or an Operational field, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Domo, or Tableau.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience designing or managing sales compensation strategies.

  • Experience with Salesforce

Logistics Location:

  • Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR (4 days per week in-office and 1 day from home).

  • Travel Requirement: 5-10% travel for annual Sales Kickoff events

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
