Job Description Camp Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Buena Vista, FL Overview: Our Registered Nurse opportunity combines pediatric nursing, emergency readiness, and a dynamic camp environment during a three-day assignment from July 23-25 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Our RN will serve as the on-site clinical lead, providing care for campers and supporting their health and wellbeing throughout the event. Position Offers: 3-day assignment (July 23-25) $43-$48/hour (DOE) Nightly on-call compensation Resort lodging provided Lunch, dinner, and conference breakfast provided Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site nursing coverage.

Operate the Wellness Suite (nurse's station) and First Aid Station. Assess and treat minor injuries, including cuts, scrapes, and sprains. Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications according to camp protocols.

Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and determine when higher-level care is needed. Provide emotional support to campers experiencing anxiety, distress, or behavioral concerns. Coordinate with on-call paramedics during emergencies.

Maintain accurate health records and documentation while remaining available during scheduled off-site Disney activities. Qualifications: Current Florida RN license or compact RN license. Current BLS certification.

Minimum 2 years of pediatric and/or teen nursing experience. Experience with emergency response, medication administration, and first aid. Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
