ABOUT THE ROLE
Skilled Wound Care is a leading national surgical physician group specializing in wound care services for nursing homes across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you'll design and execute creative physician recruitment campaigns, manage our brand presence across digital and traditional channels, and work closely with a collaborative team to attract top medical talent to our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and execute innovative physician recruitment campaigns across digital (online, email, social media) and traditional (direct mail) channels.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within physician recruitment.
  • Refresh and optimize job ad copy and messaging across all recruitment platforms; continually research and introduce new resources and channels.
  • Drive brand messaging and advertising initiatives on the company website; monitor and coordinate regular content updates.
  • Organize and lead video production at physician retreats and events to generate compelling recruitment content.
  • Manage day-to-day social media presence - crafting daily posts that support recruitment goals and reinforce brand identity.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute company-wide marketing objectives.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and take initiative to improve recruitment marketing strategies continuously.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Healthcare and/or physician recruiting marketing experience is required.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you write with clarity and creativity.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset - you use data to make decisions and measure success.
  • A team player who collaborates well across departments and with external partners.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Must be located in Los Angeles, CA (this is an in-person/hybrid role in Playa Vista, CA).
  • Willingness to travel minimally for company Physician Educational and Recruitment events.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:
  • $80,000-$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
