Job description

The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we\'re just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we\'ve started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We\'ve already changed millions of lives and we\'re ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We\'ll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we\'ve come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the Team

The Dexcom Mobile App Product Management team builds the core digital experiences used daily by millions of people managing diabetes. We sit at the intersection of sensor technology, behavioral science, and consumer product design—transforming complex health data into simple, actionable decisions.

We’re a highly collaborative, fast-moving team focused on delivering intuitive, reliable, and impactful experiences that improve lives at scale.

Where you come in:

At Dexcom, we are redefining how people experience health data. Our next generation mobile app transforms sensor-based insights into smarter, simpler, and more personalized daily decisions—combining advanced health technology with the experience quality of leading consumer apps.

This role is critical to Dexcom’s next phase of growth as we expand into a rapidly growing population of users beyond intensive insulin therapy. Success in this space depends on simplicity, behavior change, and scalable personalization.

As a Product Manager, you will lead a key domain within the next-generation app experience (e.g., onboarding, personalization, or daily insights), with end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a core product domain within the next-generation mobile app, owning outcomes end-to-end from discovery through delivery

  • Drive activation, engagement, and retention—especially within the first 30 days and habit formation journeys

  • Translate user behavior, clinical insights, and data signals into intuitive, personalized product experiences

  • Run rapid experimentation cycles to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and continuously improve outcomes

  • Partner cross-functionally across UX, engineering, data science, clinical, and marketing to deliver high-quality, compliant experiences

  • Define and track success through clear KPIs across growth, engagement, satisfaction, and health-related outcomes

  • Collaborate with product leadership to ensure alignment with broader product strategy, portfolio goals, and end-to-end experiences

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and results clearly to drive alignment and momentum

What Success Looks Like

  • Improve activation and early success in the first 30 days (e.g., onboarding completion, early feature adoption)

  • Increase sustained engagement and habit formation over time

  • Deliver measurable improvements in user confidence, satisfaction, and health-related behaviors

  • Contribute to business growth through increased retention and product adoption

What Makes You Successful

  • Experience of product management experience, ideally in consumer mobile apps or digital health

  • Strong ability to translate customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results into differentiated product experiences

  • Experience simplifying complex information into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences

  • Demonstrated strength in hypothesis-driven development: testing, learning, and iterating to drive measurable outcomes

  • Deep curiosity about personalization, user behavior, and engagement at consumer scale

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align teams around clear product narratives and outcomes

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree a plus)

  • Nice to have: experience with health technology, sensors, or data-driven personalization

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.

  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.

  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.

  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.

  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

  • Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

  • Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 years of related experience.

  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
