Production General Labor in Indianola for Optical Lab

Monday-Friday

7am-3:30pm


Overview:

DES Employment Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Technician to join our client’s team in Indianola. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a clean, organized, and supportive production facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually load and unload lenses into assigned surfacing machinery.
  • Visually inspect lenses post-processing to ensure clarity and quality standards are met.
  • Clean lenses carefully to remove any debris or residue from the surfacing process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist team members in other areas of the lab as needed.
  • Stand for the duration of the shift (8 hours) in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Reliability and a solid work ethic with a willingness to help others.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Previous manufacturing or lab experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
