Senior Project Coordinator

Bloomington, MN or Duluth, MN   

1 Year Contract

Overview:
This role is a hybrid between a technical analyst and a project manager. The project is an integration project with a vendor (Welltok) for the HealthPartners Well-Being experience. There is an overall Project Lead who will direct the work for this role. The project has an overall Program Manager who all the work streams report through. Although not a strict Agile project, the project teams will be working in iterations.
This role is part of the Solution Design and Development workstream for this project. We will have two development teams working in parallel. This role to work with both teams to ensure the teams have what they need. The teams include architect, business analysts, developers, quality assurance and database analysts.

Accountabilities:
Provides support to Project Manager and coordinates tasks to achieve deliverables
Creates and compiles documentation for project related meetings; facilitates meetings and ensures appropriate communications are provided.
Produces project plans, status reporting and project metrics.
Reports and investigates variances between planned and actual project performance
May manage key project deliverables
Facilitates requests for information from our vendor partner
Required Qualifications:
Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Jira and SharePoint
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated established partnerships internally and externally
Expertise interpreting across technical topics to business needs
Ability to manage high degree of change and be flexible
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
5+ years project coordination experience
10+ years in Information Technology
Technical knowledge including:
Oracle
Java
DataStage
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Well-Being (wellness) business
Experience on vendor integration projects
