We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Analytical Operations Associate to support analytical testing in a laboratory environment. This role involves executing established test methods, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality data in support of research and development activities.

- Pay: $40-45/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine analytical testing following established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct flow cytometry assays and analyze data using appropriate software tools.
- Document experimental data accurately in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
- Review, compile, and summarize analytical data while ensuring data integrity.
- Troubleshoot assays and support method optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain laboratory organization, equipment, and materials.
- Follow laboratory safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing priorities and project timelines.
- Assist with general laboratory operations and other duties as assigned.
Required ???????Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent laboratory experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on analytical laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry is required.
- Experience using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN); Benchling experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
