Flexographic Press Operator


Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Job Type: Full Time


Now hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for a premier industrial packaging manufacturer in North Las Vegas. This company specializes in custom industrial and protective packaging, including wood pallets, crates, corrugated containers, and foam fabrication, supporting industries such as logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing. Join a state of the art facility focused on quality, precision, and efficiency.


Responsibilities

• Complete full press setup, operation, and changeovers

• Independently run 4 color process printing jobs

• Mix Pantone ink colors and ensure accurate color matching

• Maintain strict quality control standards throughout production

• Perform and document weekly preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when needed

• Train and support First Helpers and additional team members

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized production area

• Collaborate with pre production and production teams

• Efficiently manage time and production workflow


Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating Flexographic presses, Flexo Folder Gluers, or similar printing/converting equipment (LMC/APSTAR experience a plus)

• Strong understanding of print registration, die cutting, and corrugated box styles

• Ability to read work orders, machine manuals, safety guidelines, and tape measure

• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

• Must be at least 18 years old


Pay

$23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
