Job description

Business Analytics Advisor , Pricing Services- CuraScript SD

Join CuraScript SD as a Business Analytics Advisor, where your insights help power smarter decisions and better outcomes for patients. In this role, you will shape how pricing, membership, and customer data flow across the organization-improving accuracy, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to drive meaningful process improvements in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across Pricing Services, Membership, and Customer Master Data functions

Design and implement workflows and tools that simplify operations and improve data integrity

Partner with SAP and technology teams to optimize system processes and enable scalable solutions

Ensure timely and accurate implementation of pricing and membership agreements, reducing risk and rework

Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that support business decisions

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in partnership with Business Intelligence to improve visibility and performance tracking

Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Accounts Receivable, Chargebacks, Sales, and Operations to improve end-to-end processes

Provide training and guidance that builds team capability and promotes best practices

Manage work intake and prioritization to deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with business goals

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer service, finance, accounting, and account management teams

Qualifications

Required

6+ years of professional experience in analytics, operations, or process improvement, with increasing responsibility

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly

Experience managing master data and transactional data

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, or SAP BI

Knowledge of contract pricing, membership eligibility, or similar processes

Healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution experience

Demonstrated leadership experience or mentoring others


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
