You Are:

You are aseasonedbrandstrategy directorwithpharmaceuticalexperiencewho can quickly step into a complex HCP business and leadfrom day one. You combine strategic rigor with practical execution, translating business challenges intoclearbrand direction that inspires clients and creative teams alike.

Reporting to the SVP, Strategy Director,you'llpartner across Strategy, Client Solutions, Medical, Creative, and Engagement to shape omnichannel HCP marketing across personal and non-personal promotion.You'llserve as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients solve business problems while ensuring every deliverable is grounded in a clear strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage the day-to-day strategic workload across HCP workstreams (NPP and PP), ensuring briefs - including client project briefs - and deliverables are clear, cohesive, and strategically sound

  • Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable guidance for creative development,maintainingalignment from strategy through execution

  • Frame thinking in its proper context

  • Isolate thereal businessproblems a brand and communications can affect

  • Isolate the roles of the brand,communicationand communication channels within business plans - thinking for tomorrow and not just today

  • Have a deep understanding of the client business and what makes it tick

  • Serve as a strong, confident strategic voice with clients - able to present, defend, and evolve strategic recommendations in real time

  • Lead development of key strategic outputs, including audience insights and messaging frameworks

  • Proactively propose strategies to help clients achieve their goals by studying a client's challenges,thoroughly understanding the category and customers, andproposingbusiness-changingstrategies and multichannel solutions

  • Collaborate withthe full teamto ensure thatcreative,engagement,and contentsolutions are on strategy andproperly integrated within the larger marketing program
