AWS is seeking an experienced Principal Enterprise Account Manager to lead and continue to expand the business with one of our company's largest and most innovative CPG customers.
The Account Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction for this highly visible customer. You will build and maintain broad relationships in the account, develop and manage opportunities, and lead a large team of extended resources. You will define the executive relationship strategy within the account; including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews, and shaping go-to-market opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and direct the AWS customer account team, operating with significant autonomy and high judgment to set vision, drive strategy, and deliver results in ambiguous, complex environments.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CxO and Line of Business leaders, defining executive relationship strategies, coordinating executive business reviews, and aligning stakeholders toward coherent, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate across internal AWS teams and external SI and ISV partners to deliver the best solutions for customers, influencing team priorities and business strategies through data-driven contributions and scalable best practices.
- Communicate with authority and clarity across all channels - including writing and presenting executive briefing documents to the most senior leaders - with the credibility to present decisions to leaders multiple levels above and build consensus across globally diverse audiences.
