This is an intern-level leadership position. The Content Operations Intern Lead coordinates and supervises a team of content interns performing CMS standardization, content audit and migration, defect validation, reporting, and training-documentation work. The Lead is responsible both for doing this work and for making sure the intern team completes it accurately and on schedule.
The Lead reports to the program owner and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the intern team.
Must-Have Qualifications
Currently enrolled in school or within one year of your graduation date.
Willingness and ability to direct the work of other interns.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with structured, repeatable content work.
Ability to commit reliable, consistent time.
Basic technical aptitude and ability to follow defined processes and workflows.
Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud authoring systems.
