Value-Added Services Sales Enablement and Content Design Specialist
Location : Miami, FL 33126
Duration of assignment : 12 Months

Extension every 6 months up to 2 years and Possibility for conversion after 2 years

The worker will partner with managers to structure content for presentations and collaborate with a separate resource for design. Strong product marketing and communication skills are key, with the ability to build clear, executive-level narratives for senior stakeholders and clients.
  • 3 7 years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, GTM, product marketing, or sales engineering support

  • Design and support enablement programs, toolkits, and playbooks to drive seller productivity

AI & Automation Integration
  • Implement and support AI-driven solutions to:
  • Generate proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Summarize client insights and meeting outputs
  • Recommend next-best actions and content based on pipeline stage
  • Partner with Tech and Data teams to integrate tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, CRM systems, and knowledge platforms
Performance & Insights
  • Track KPIs such as content usage, sales cycle efficiency, win rates, and seller productivity
  • Leverage insights to continuously improve content and enablement strategies
  • Support feedback loops with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and GTM
Cross-Functional Collaboration
