We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to take full, cradle-to-grave ownership of major energy infrastructure projects in the Gary, Indiana region.

Key Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects seamlessly from qualification, estimating, and pre-construction planning through mobilization, field execution, and financial closeout. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and develop professional on-site staff (including Project Managers, Assistants, and Engineers), defining roles and establishing high-performing communication structures. Field & Contractual Alignment: Partner closely with Project Superintendents and field teams to ensure all contractual agreements are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest professional standards.

Financial Control: Oversee project cost accounting, material procurement, productivity tracking, and strict bottom-line reporting methods. Key Requirements: 8+ years of total related experience 5 years explicitly at the Project Manager level executing heavy electrical construction or related utility/infrastructure activities. 2 years of experience directly managing professional staff (e.g., APMs, Project Engineers, or Project Managers).
