The Department In the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Mediterranean region (MED), we support our Construction (CPX) colleagues with strategic Project Management activities. Our mission is to boost efficiency, meet key performance indicators (Revenue, Contribution Margin, and Cash-In), and create cost savings across a varied portfolio of wind energy projects.


The Role Reporting to the PMO Manager in Documentation and Digitization, you will not just "manage paperwork" you will be a vital link in the financial and operational chain. You will ensure that project milestones are met and documented correctly to trigger payments, directly impacting the project's cash flow.


Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation & Compliance: Create and manage project structures in Meddocs. Ensure all contracts (TSA, AOM, Annexes) and "As Built" documentation are approved and available
  • Financial & Quality Milestones: Follow up on quality documentation (FAT documents) to trigger contract payment milestones. Ensure compliance with Local Content requirements for specific Mediterranean countries
  • Systems Support: Configure and provide user training for the Site App. Track VIUs and support component implementation in SAP
  • Project Handover (HOTS): Prepare the "Hand Over to Service" (HOTS) packages, including warranty dates, first kWh, and coordinates
  • Operational Analysis: Create and monitor Service Orders for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. Analyze cost and hour statistics, communicating findings to Project Managers and PMO Coordinators to ensure budget efficiency

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Technical Document Control or Project Support within Energy, EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors
  • Proficiency in SAP (highly valued) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Knowledge of local legislation related to documentation risks
  • Fluency in English is required (as you will operate in a global environment).
