Job description


Our client is looking for a contract Creative Project Manager. Candidate will be responsible for the following:


Design: Hands-on creation and editing of marketing assets across print, email, digital advertising, web, and promotional material leveraging the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).


Project Coordination: Support the execution of creative and marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.


Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, imagery assets, templates, and brand assets to support an efficient creative workflow.


Marketing Operations Support: Execute operational tasks such as file organization, document posting to internal sites, meeting coordination, and documentation to support creative and marketing operations. Help document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.


Intake and Scheduling: Assist in managing project intake mechanisms, scheduling resources, and maintaining calendars for projects.


Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or dependencies.


Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

  • Experience managing multiple design projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, production, and visual storytelling.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

  • Experience in managing and collaborating with external vendors and agencies.

  • Experience in Adobe Workfront, Adobe Guides

  • Experience with Figma

  • Experience in multi-channel, multi-vertical companies, B2B, and/or building products
