In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we provide a safe and inclusive work environment that appreciates diversity, promotes development and allows our associates to be their authentic selves.Come join the largest baking company in the world and our family of 20,000 associates nationwide!Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA:Salary Range: $60,500 - $ 78,600Annual Bonus EligibilityComprehensive Benefits PackagePaid Time Off401k & Company Match#LI-CW1Position Summary:Responsible for balancing supply and demand for ingredients and packaging for bakeries in the BBU inbound supply chainPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Complete the MRP analysis/replenishment review of required stocking levels for ingredients and packaging in designated plantsExecute release orders to approved suppliers based on existing purchasing contracts and blanket purchase orders, track confirmations, and expedite shipments as necessary to maintain inventory levels within the guidelines set by BBU _________________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Maintain web-based inventory planning sheets on a weekly/daily schedule as specified by BBUExecute release orders in Oracle and track confirmations to insure timely receipt of ingredients and packaging into bakeriesManage packaging and ingredients transitions as a result of innovation, packaging re-design, promotional activity and product transfersObtain and update forecasts in inventory planning sheets to support new product introductions and promotional activityReview, coordinate, and place release orders for all bulk ingredients at designated plantsReview monthly analysis of slow moving inventory and take appropriate actions to reduce obsolescenceBuild and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with key suppliers & internal customersIdentify, research and implement cost-saving opportunitiesTrack and expedite incoming orders as needed to insure continued production at the plants.________________________________________________________________________________________Education and Work History:Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred.
