JOB OVERVIEW:

The Wealth Management Service Team Associate will be joining a team that supports the Relationship Management and Transition Teams at Dynasty. This will cover Client Management, Event Management, Resource Management and also internal Dynasty processes and procedures. We very much view this role as a great entry level role for Dynasty's Service Team and a perfect way to learn everything about Dynasty. We are excited to see anyone filling this role to evolve with the role to include additional responsibilities.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Client Management

  • Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and onboarding guides
  • Assist with benchmarking and service data analysis 
  • Coordinate and prepare client-facing resources such as pitchbooks, VIP decks, and lookbooks. 
  • Provides general support to Relationship Managers, assisting with a variety of ad hoc tasks 
  • Conducts comprehensive research to support clients 
  • Support team by preparing materials, scheduling, and capturing meeting notes. 


Talent management

  • Assist network partners with job posting and resume screening 
  • Create career paths and professional development plans 
  • Update internal guides and handbooks 
  • Assist with employee surveys and feedback tools 


Custodian Relationships

  • Coordinate and participate in custodial calls. 
  • Collect agenda items from Relationship Managers  
  • Help support with custodian onsite   


Operational Efficiency

  • Work with service team to establish the needs to the team in order to implement processes for operational efficiency (Survey tools, technology due diligence, content repository, how to guides, etc.)? 
  • Companywide time tracking system? 
  • Assist and project manage time tracking initiative 


Data management

  • Lead CRM data cleanup and updates to ensure accuracy and adoption. 
  • Work with Tech/CRM teams to design processes, procedures, and integrations that improve usability. 
  • Report on trends such as digital adoption, NIGO rates, and compensation structures. 
  • Build out internal sharing sites to foster cross-functional learning.? 
  • Conduct research on vendors, tools, and emerging technologies for service enhancements. 
  • Assist in the development of organizational charts, performance review frameworks, and improvement plan resources. 
  • Compile service and operational data for KPIs, scorecards, and benchmarking analysis. 


Project Management 

  • Record and tracking items coming out of service team meetings, custodian meetings, and client meetings. 
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners 
  • Manage key deadlines and important dates 
  • Manage cross-departmental projects with task tracking, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination. 
  • Streamline and consolidate internal resources including documents, presentations, and templates. 
  • Assist with SharePoint site design, migration, and knowledge base organization. 


Dynasty Institute for Adaptive Leadership Support

  • Assist with the development and distribution of regular Dynasty publications and content.
  • Update and maintain Knowledge Base, a client facing content repository. 
  • Help coordinate events and provide in-office support for packing, shipping, and organizing event gifts and materials. 
  • Participate in weekly team update meetings 
  • Track attendee data and integrate into presentation materials 
  • Coordinate quarterly content initiatives, including brainstorming with Relationship Managers, scheduling, filming logistics, compliance review, and publishing to internal platforms. 
  • Manage roundtable events, from speaker coordination and webinar setup to marketing communications, attendee engagement, moderation, and post-event follow-up. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience supporting a team where multiple tasks and projects are handled simultaneously 
  • Experience with entire MS Office Suite, CRM knowledge, Monday.com 
  • College degree preferred
