Job description

We are seeking an Associate to support the integrated Social Operations and Creative Studio capability within Employee Value Proposition & Attraction.

As a Social Media Project Manager - Associate within our Employee Value Proposition and Attraction team, you will contribute to social channel execution, listening, performance optimization, content coordination, asset governance, and Employee Value Proposition & Attraction alignment. This role operates within a data-driven, insight-led model to support effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support social channel execution including publishing, scheduling, and campaign coordination
  • Assist in community moderation aligned to brand and risk guidelines
  • Track and analyze social performance metrics and prepare reporting dashboards
  • Support AI-enabled social listening and identify trends and insights
  • Coordinate content development including briefs, timelines, and approvals
  • Collaborate with our partners in Marketing and Communications
  • Ensure alignment to EVP pillars, personas, and messaging frameworks
  • Maintain EVP content playbook, proof-point library and asset repository
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery and cross-team handoffs
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and support testing initiatives
  • Prepare stakeholder updates and track actions and deliverables

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

  • 3 years of experience in social media, content, marketing, or communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is preferred 
  • Experience supporting campaigns or content production
  • Familiarity employer branding
  • Exposure to analytics or social listening tools
