The Service Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the combined Point of Sale (POS) of key service renewal accounts and the revenue from product scanners that are initially sold without service.

Job type: Direct hire

Location: Remote, US

Base salary: $90,000 to $100,000 base plus commission

Working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, this role is responsible for generating service revenue, including but not limited to the following activities:

  • Manage PAI’s top service end-users based upon annual billing amount; currently focused on account with over $5,000 in annual billing and/or annual billing potential
  • Manage new service contract leads for top service end-users with channel partners and/ or end-users
  • Handle service renewals for top service customers that do not respond to pro forma invoices
  • Leverage telephone, email, go-to-meeting and other available resources to increase awareness and develop leads/opportunities for MVS and RICOH scanner contract sales
  • Manage service sales pipeline
  • Maintain our CRM database regarding current deals, account activity and forecasts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly activity and revenue reports

Qualifications

  • Business development, prospecting and closing sales, value-based sales experience, imaging industry knowledge, customer service background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales

  • 2 years of service sales related experience or renewal knowledge (hardware or software)
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in any role
  • Familiar with standard office equipment, knowledge of major CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Understanding of our industry; Document Imaging/ECM
  • Ability to be flexible in a consistently changing work environment
  • Strong time management skills, understanding of dynamic business priorities
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious
  • Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining independence
