This is a consultative, high ticket closing role designed for experienced sales professionals who excel at building trust, navigating emotionally driven conversations, and helping clients confidently make life changing decisions.

Our Health Advisors work with warm, pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking solutions for complex health challenges. Success in this role requires strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, business acumen, and the ability to connect authentically with people from all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual consultations with warm leads via Zoom
  • Build trust and connection through a highly relational and consultative approach
  • Assess client goals, challenges, and readiness for change to determine program fit
  • Guide prospective clients through high ticket purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline management, and follow up
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure a positive, white-glove client experience
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and performance development

Compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $44,000 plus uncapped commissions. While earnings vary based on performance, successful Health Advisors commonly earn between $120,000 and $350,000+ annually.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in High Ticket Sales or a graduate of a consultative High Ticket Sales training program
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2C Sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system and platform issues independently
  • Ability to work within a structured work schedule
