What You'll Do

As a Client Strategy Specialist, you’ll serve as a strategic partner for top-tier clients, managing their digital marketing journey from initial onboarding to long-term growth .  By analyzing campaign data and identifying trends, you will develop and execute proactive marketing strategies across platforms like paid search, social, and SEO to exceed client goals .  You’ll bridge the gap between sales and production teams, providing high-level service and comprehensive reporting to ensure client satisfaction and campaign optimization.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in marketing or comparable field
• Advanced knowledge of the following key products and how to use them to create campaigns:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook
  • Google Analytics
  • SEMrush
  • Frequently used and new software 
• Knowledge of creating marketing strategy particularly related to digital marketing   
• Understand key measurement tools as it relates to the effectiveness of digital marketing
• Certified in: Google ads, Google analytics, SEMRush and Facebook
• Proficient in using digital products to optimize a marketing strategy
• A creative, client-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to compile and present reports to client
• Top-notch communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• A knack for juggling multiple priorities and projects
• The confidence to collaborate with internal teams and high-level clients alike

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience developing creative campaign content and tactical ideas
• Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation tools
• The ability to integrate campaign data into sleek, insightful reports
• A proactive approach to campaign optimization and SEO analysis

Your Location

Hybrid: This position is a work from home position for residents of Rochester, MN, traveling to customer sites.
