Commercial Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing

Territory: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas

We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Inspect roofs, identify issues, and propose repair solutions
  • Track opportunities and activity in RoofScope
  • Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience
  • Construction or building services experience preferred
  • Ability to access rooftops and job sites
  • Valid driver’s license

What We Offer: Base salary starting at 60K annual+ performance commissions with the potential of six figures OTE
