As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining equipment reliability and supporting continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Install, set up, and commission industrial machinery according to technical specifications and safety standards.

✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to quickly identify root causes.

✅ Perform repairs on complex industrial equipment and production machinery.

✅ Complete preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected downtime and extend equipment life.

✅ Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.

✅ Inspect machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they become costly failures.

✅ Utilize diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance best practices to ensure reliable repairs.

✅ Maintain detailed maintenance records, repair logs, and parts inventory documentation.

✅ Partner with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and support efficient workflows.

✅ Follow all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures while servicing equipment.


🔍 What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience

✔️ Proven experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.

✔️ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on complex equipment and production systems.

✔️ Solid electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

✔️ Experience working in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.

✔️ Knowledge of pneumatic systems, including valves, actuators, regulators, and air-powered equipment.

✔️ Knowledge of hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, motors, and fluid power components.

✔️ Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines.

✔️ Ability to perform both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs with confidence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $75000.00/yr.
