If you have extensive experience as a landscape laborer, NatureCare could be a great fit for you! We are a property maintenance management company that provides nationwide services for our customers. The maintenance technician’s responsibilities impact a highly visible profile of properties for our clients. We are looking for dedicated, honest team members that know how to fully maintain commercial properties.

The Landscape Maintenance Specialist is responsible for excellent landscaping work:

  • Proficient with various-sized power mowers, trimmers and edging tools, power blower, etc.
  • Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed, remove damaged branches
  • Maintain plant and flower beds within scope
  • Pick up trash, blow leaves and other organic debris, mulch organic matter when mowing
  • Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe
  • Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers
  • Complete work on time and to scope, based on established frequencies
  • Always maintain a safe operation of commercial grade landscaping equipment
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of PPE equipment, wear suitable clothing items required
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures, submit time worked using the ADP mobile app
  • Work as a member of a small landscape crew over a large local region
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualified Landscape Maintenance Specialist applicants possess the following skills/abilities:

  • Ability, knowledge, and aptitude to complete all required site services
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail, personal pride and ownership for a job well done
  • Display excellent work ethic, dependability and productivity
  • Effective time management, project management, and task prioritization skills
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Report substandard site issues and recommend opportunities for property improvements


Required Experience:

  • 18+ years old and able to safely work with equipment such as power tools and cutters
  • 1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping industry
  • 1+ years of experience in irrigation systems repair, primarily to sprinkler heads and valves preferred
  • Applicators license and small engine repair experience preferred
