Position Title: Field Marketing Manager

Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing

Department: Marketing

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Pay: $90,000 – $115,000 annually

The Field Marketing Manager is an experienced manager, responsible for leading the execution and delivery of key marketing initiatives while actively contributing to strategic planning and prioritization. This role owns complex, cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards. This position includes people leadership responsibilities and oversight of our Fulfillment Center.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

Customer Mailings

  • Own execution of customer mailings from creative handoff through production and delivery.
  • Manage timelines, vendor coordination, compliance with mailing regulations, and brand standards.

Tradeshow Logistics

  • Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, serving as the operational lead.
  • Manage vendors, booth logistics, transportation, set-up/teardown, staffing, and on-site execution.

Customer Events

  • Plan and execute customer events end-to-end including venue selection, vendors, décor, collateral, and customer engagement.

Marketing Collateral Development and Maintenance

  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop, refine, order, and print marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment team to manage inventory and updates of existing materials.
  • Contribute to and utilize the company’s digital asset management system to ensure marketing assets are properly stored, protected, and accessible in alignment with intellectual property standards and governance requirements.

Project Management & Team Leadership

  • Develop, lead and manage project timelines, schedules, and dependencies.
  • Manage, coach and develop the team.
  • Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to Marketing leadership.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field. Similar years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience managing a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • 2 years experience with project planning and project management software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Candidate Preferences:

  • Experience supporting or collaborating with fulfillment centers or operations teams.
  • Experience in event planning from development to execution.
  • Experience working with external vendors and food or beverage brands.

Physical Requirements:

Moderate lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling;   occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity:   50% or more sitting,  25% or more walking, and 25% or more standing. The job is performed under  occasional temperature variations and primarily in an office environment. That said, this role will spend time in our Warehouse(s) and event spaces. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 45 lbs. is required.
