The Position:

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. Team members must be able to provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending. Team members are responsible for attending the following stations:

Pay Station: Team members will greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection. Team members will also inform customers of any promotion or membership that is available.

Loading Station: Team members will guide all customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly. Team members must inform the customer of the car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.

At the Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Team members are responsible for cleaning and sweeping the grounds. Trash bins will be emptied regularly and carefully. Vacuum nozzles will be checked for proper operation and repaired promptly.


Daily routines:

  • Cleaning the car wash facilities and grounds.
  • Ensuring all customer’s cars are clean!
  • Following Daily/Nightly checklists.
  • Learning safety procedures.

Skillsets:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Quick learner.

Positions Available: Full-time or Part-time.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

Physical Demands:

  • Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold.
  • Standing for long periods at one time. There's no chairs on the lot!
  • Quickly assisting customers.
  • Lifting, pushing or pulling 40lbs or more.

Requirements:

  • Must enjoy working with people.
  • Ability to work on the weekends.
  • Ability to be friendly and polite.
