Pay Range:

$18.00 - $25.20

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Get hands-on work experience in patient care while you are enrolled in nursing school. You will care for patients of all ages, ensuring that care is tailored to meet individual needs and aligns with established standards of practice. This role offers an opportunity to enhance clinical skills, collaborate with healthcare teams, and prepare for a future nursing career.
Position Specifics:
Department: Various Units
Core Function: Nursing Students
Schedule: PRN, part time or full time. Days, Nights or Rotating shift.
Facility: St. Mary's Hospital
Location: Decatur, IL
Compensation that aligns with your experience

Additional Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in a nursing program and have completed at least one semester to apply. Provides support to the nursing team while gaining hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting


Education Qualifications

  • Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year. Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.

Experience Qualifications

  • Successfully completed at least one medical-surgical clinical rotation.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
