AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented and analyticalFinancial Analystto join our corporate Finance team!
Summary:
The Financial Analyst I role supports financial planning and analysis by gathering data, creating reports, and helping forecast business performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review financial data (expenses, revenue, budgets).
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Assist with forecasting and basic financial models.
  • Research economic trends (inflation, interest rates, etc.).
  • Identify basic trends and explain findings. Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar required, working toward Masters a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience (or strong internship experience).
  • Basic Excel skills (formulas, tables, data analysis).
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Infor) a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
  • Understanding of finance/accounting concepts (GAAP fundamentals).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Good communication skills.
