Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Information Security, you will provide assurance for the security posture of the enterprise by evaluating technical controls across infrastructure, reviewing proposed changes, andrepresentingcybersecurity in projects and initiatives. You will help sustain and enhance layers of defense byidentifyingrisks, recommending mitigation strategies, and supporting enterprise cybersecurity programs.

  • Participate in risk assessments toidentifyrisks, evaluate potential impact, anddeterminelikelihood to inform stakeholders

  • Recommend technical measures to reduce risk within established tolerance levels

  • Serve as a cybersecurity checkpoint for projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with security principles and acceptable risk thresholds

  • Identifygaps in the cybersecurity program and recommend compensating controls to strengthen defenses

  • Monitor cybersecurity threats and trends, communicating potential impacts to leadership

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of security controls

  • Evaluate cybersecurity tools, technologies, and service offerings and provide recommendations

  • Review proposed updates to policies, standards, and procedures to ensureappropriate securitycontrols are maintained

  • Support incident response activities and other cybersecurity initiatives as needed

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3 or more years of experience in a technical role within an enterprise environment, including at least 2 years in a cybersecurity-focused position

  • Professional certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Security+, or Global Information Assurance Certification is preferred

  • Strong understanding of information technology domains including network infrastructure, systems administration, database administration, and application development

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practical application in an enterprise environment

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Experience applying project management techniques to organize and deliver initiatives

  • Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and applynew technologiesand concepts

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

  • Experience delivering clear and detailed reporting

  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent

Compensation

Pay Range:$73,600-$109,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
