Le rôle
Relevant de la vice-présidence exécutive, le ou la contrôleur(e) évoluera au sein d’une équipe dynamique et d’une organisation en expansion. La personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de fournir à la direction des informations financières précises, pertinentes et opportunes, tout en assurant le suivi de la performance financière et la planification budgétaire en collaboration avec les opérations.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs priorités, de résoudre des problématiques complexes et de s’imposer dans un environnement en croissance.
Responsabilités principales
  • Gérer le département de comptabilité et d’administration, incluant la supervision de l’équipe, l’embauche et les évaluations de performance
  • Concilier les taxes de vente et préparer les déclarations de revenus
  • Effectuer les ajustements comptables liés aux revenus et aux dépenses
  • Préparer les analyses d’écarts
  • Produire les dossiers de fin d’exercice, incluant les états financiers et les états des frais d’exploitation
  • Élaborer, analyser et assurer l’exactitude du budget consolidé en collaboration avec les opérations
  • Agir à titre d’expert des systèmes informatiques comptables et bureautiques (ex. : Excel, Office 365) et offrir soutien et formation
  • Collaborer à la préparation des dossiers de financement et de refinancement
  • Assurer la mise en place et le respect de contrôles internes adéquats
  • Superviser le processus de traitement de la paie
  • Participer à divers projets spéciaux (contrôles internes, audits de taxes, analyses liées aux dépenses en capital, etc.)
Exigences et compétences
  • Titre professionnel CPA (ou en voie d’obtention)
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, dont au moins 4 ans dans un rôle de gestion ou senior
  • Expérience en cabinet comptable (minimum 2 ans)
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (obligatoire)
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers
  • Attitude proactive, énergique et orientée vers l’apprentissage
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais essentiel
