LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Coquille, Oregon.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Pharmacist License
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong inpatient clinical pharmacy knowledge and medication management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or management experience in an inpatient or outpatient hospital pharmacy
  • Experience with Cerner electronic medical record
  • Knowledge of antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, IV compounding, and clinical dosing protocols
