Job Requirements

  • Manage patient assignments with typical ratios of 1:3 to 1:5 depending on census
  • Collaborate with a two-nurse team to support patient flow, quality care, and clinical efficiency
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Adapt quickly to changing clinical priorities while delivering excellent patient-centered care
