The time the resources will work depends on the number and types of certifications they have Job Summary We are seeking a United States–based, board-certified Medical Doctors with relevant specialty certifications and a minimum of two (2) years of post-residency clinical practice experience . The physician will independently listen to doctor-patient conversations and create high-quality clinical notes as part of their normal clinical workflow, utilizing standard templates and documentation practices commonly used in U.S.

healthcare settings. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to U.S. medical documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities Independently write comprehensive and accurate clinical notes Ensure clinical documentation meets U.S. standards of care , medical accuracy, and completeness Apply clinical reasoning consistent with board-certified physician practice Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations Incorporate specialty-specific terminology, diagnostics, and treatment plans appropriately Complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner Required Qualifications Medical Doctor (MD or DO) degree from an accredited institution Active U.S. medical license (any state) Board certification in one if the below medical specialties Minimum of 2 years of independent clinical practice experience post-training Current knowledge of U.S.

clinical workflows and documentation standards Experience using standard clinical note templates and formats Strong written communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Background in telemedicine, utilization review, clinical documentation improvement, or medical content creation Experience working independently or in remote clinical roles Medical Data Annotation Engagement Type: Consulting (Part-time) Commitment: ~20 hours/month Overview We're seeking practicing physicians to join as consultants supporting the Copilot initiative. This project is part of broader mission to transform clinical workflows using ambient AI and voice technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical insights and feedback on RedWing usage and workflows.

Participate in user experience evaluations and product feedback sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ambient documentation tools. Support testing and validation of AI-driven extensions for clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications Active clinical practice in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, with at least 50% of time spent seeing patients. Affiliation with a healthcare organization or practice supporting 10+ specialties. Current user of DAX Copilot within your healthcare organization.

Familiarity with EPIC EHR and exposure to non-EPIC systems. Access to Microsoft 365 (M365) tools. Ability to commit 20 hours/month to consulting activities.
