We are seeking a Technical Service Representative for our New Prague, MN location to support the Inside Account Rep team, outside sales personnel and customers with technical help, troubleshooting and inquiries relating to the operation of Chart's Distribution and Storage Division products. We are looking to add a dedicated individual that is committed to serving our internal and external customers from our New Prague, MN, potential for hybrid work arrangements as well.
What Will You Do?
  • Frequent communication via telephone and e-mail systems.
  • Logging phone calls
  • Troubleshooting a variety of Chart products
  • Customer onsite training-less than 10% expected of travel time
  • Assist with technical documentation, including manual updates
  • Liaison between engineering and customer service
  • Systems application support
  • New product development support & product introductions
  • Assist with technical safety and information bulletins
  • Formalize customer parts orders for Inside Account Rep order entry as needed
  • Provide technical support for products presented via www.chartparts.com

Your Experience Should Be...
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Enterprise One experience
  • Familiar with Chart Products/Services
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and bill of material
  • Strong communication skills - ability to walk customers though technical issues

Your Education Should Be...
  • High school diploma
  • Working knowledge of cryogenics

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting. Must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs. as regular daily activities necessitate

Pay Range & Compensation
The salary range for this position is $53,400-$71,300, based on a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and successful completion of the interview process.
