Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with selecting the right tires and wheels for their vehicles
  • Explain tire sizes, wheel fitment, product features, pricing, and available options
  • Prepare quotes and complete customer sales
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions
  • Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Learn about and sell car audio products, including radios, speakers, amplifiers, and subwoofers
  • Work closely with installers and other team members
  • Keep the showroom and product displays organized

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of tire and wheel sales experience
  • Knowledge of tire sizes, wheel fitment, and automotive products
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Dependable, professional, and motivated
  • Ability and willingness to learn about car audio products
  • Previous experience selling radios, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, or automotive accessories is a plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
