We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bakery Associate to join our Petaluma production team. This role involves supporting daily bakery operations, including preparation, baking, packaging, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a passion for artisanal products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to flour, heat, and bakery equipment. The role requires standing, bending, and repetitive motions. Regularly scheduled hours for Production Technicians are from 9PM to 5:30AM, and for Packaging Technicians, from 10:30PM to 6AM, Monday through Friday. All second shift positions receive an extra $1/hour in addition to the base rate.
