  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adept in high-pressure situations, especially during surgical operations
  • Compassionate approach and respect for patient dignity and autonomy
What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health benefits package (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Generous paid time off alongside CME reimbursements
  • A collaborative work environment with access to advanced equipment and resources
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a vibrant healthcare setting

Your Contribution to the Surgical Experience
Being a Surgical Physician Assistant transcends technical proficiency - it requires showing up with clarity in the face of uncertainty and providing reassurance during times when a patient's anxiety seems overwhelming. Your hands will play an integral role in the OR, but so will your voice as you guide families, explain diagnoses, and help patients navigate their recovery paths.
You'll be involved in all realms from laparoscopic procedures to more comprehensive surgeries, yet your influence will be vital even in the recovery phase - during wound inspections, recovery discussions, and long-term care planning. Your presence is crucial. Your clinical insights will be valued. You will be a respected team member in both minor decisions and critical developments alike.
Our environment thrives on collaboration where every surgery stands as a testament to teamwork cultivated on trust, humility, and unwavering care.
Discover Orlando - A Melting Pot of Experiences Beyond Work
Once you step outside the medical arena, you will find yourself immersed in a city that not only embraces life but exuberantly celebrates it. Orlando is a vibrant tapestry woven with striking theme parks, picturesque lakes, and a culinary scene that tantalizes the taste buds.
Imagine spending your weekends paddleboarding on tranquil lakes or embarking on a literary journey through botanic gardens filled with blossoms year-round. Delight in cuisine ranging from inventive food trucks to refined dining spots, where culinary creativity flourishes. Here, the community radiates warmth, as every interaction feels genuine - a simple question about your day comes with sincere interest and investment.
With no state income tax and a thriving employment landscape, your earnings can stretch further, allowing for a fulfilling down time that translates to a fulfilling life. This is not just a place to work, it is an adventure waiting to be discovered.
Whether your preference lies in modern townhome living or embracing the tranquility of a cottage surrounded by nature, you will find your ideal nook. The local arts scene? Unmatched. And the culinary delights? A fusion of global influences served alongside tantalizing southern BBQ. The residents? A harmonious blend of innovators, creatives, and advocates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are in search of a Physician Assistant who embraces challenges - someone who flourishes in high-stakes environments and finds value in meticulous preparation. You should be someone who listens intently before responding, supports proactively, and considers learning as an ever-evolving journey.
Whether you are just starting your surgical career or are rich with experience, we care more about your character than your credentials. If you possess analytical thinking, steady hands, and a heartfelt dedication to healing, you will find a true sense of belonging here.
Collaborate Where Purpose Meets Precision
This position encompasses far more than a conventional job - it signifies a mission to empower individuals to regain their strength, restore their mobility, and return to life more robust than ever.
Join a team that honors every role, shares every victory, and regards every patient as an individual deserving more than statistical representation.
