Role Overview:
The Indiana Department of Administration Grounds division maintains the Indiana Government Center in downtown Indianapolis. We are seeking a skilled equipment operator with heavy duty equipment experience. Including but not limited to large zero turn mowers, front end loader, JLG lift, heavy equipment trailers, Bobcat skid steer, Bobcat snow brush, 1 Ton Snowplows and smaller landscaping equipment. This position requires heavy lifting, shoveling, raking, mulching, pulling weeds and other landscaping maintenance tasks. Irrigation system maintenance and operation is also a plus. This position requires a valid Indiana drivers license. CDL is a plus but not required.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $31,668.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
