Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our clients’ financial clarity and compliance. You’ll work alongside a team dedicated to excellence, contributing to a high-performing and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and consistency

· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain current financial records

· Process payroll and prepare related payroll tax filings

· Sales tax filings across jurisdictions

· Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and adjustments

· Generate financial statements and customized management reports

· Review and handling of intercompany transactions

· Organize and maintain financial documentation to support compliance and reporting

· Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency

· Identify and correct discrepancies proactively

Qualifications

· Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
