The Inside Sales Specialist is a sales-driven role responsible for developing, supporting, and growing relationships within the authorized dealer and distributor network in the spectator seating market. This position prioritizes proactive outbound and inbound phone engagement to strengthen dealer partnerships, drive project opportunities, and increase revenue through the channel.
This role serves as a consultative, technical sales resource to dealers helping them identify customer needs, recommend optimal solutions, and successfully position NRS products in their markets. Estimating and quoting play an integral role in supporting deal execution and driving sales success through the dealer network.
This role requires disciplined use of HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track opportunities, maintain accurate dealer and project records, and ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers and distributors through proactive phone communication and consistent follow-up to drive sales growth.
2. Prepare quotes for standard and custom bleacher systems, including installation and freight, to support dealer project opportunities.
3. Respond to daily dealer requests including order tracking, specification sheets, drawings, and other product information in support of ongoing sales efforts.
4. Consult with dealers to understand project requirements and recommend technically sound, application-specific seating solutions for their customers.
5. Review and coordinate with Engineering on custom requests, RFPs, and project-specific requirements.
6. Follow up on quotes, project opportunities, and contract documents to advance and secure business through the dealer network.
7. Follow up on sales and marketing leads, ensuring proper qualification, dealer assignment, and ongoing support through the sales process.
8. Manage the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date opportunity tracking, activity, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM.
9. Process return goods authorization requests and coordinate with shipping on overages, damages, and shortages while maintaining strong dealer relationships.
10. Field inbound phone calls and provide backup support as needed to ensure responsiveness to the dealer network.
11. Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent sales experience
· 3+ years inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B or dealer/distribution environment

· Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot CRM, to track activity, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
